I agree - this is the first time I've attempted to use this aircraft since SU1. I have not managed to get it off the ground - three times on set up the plane becomes unresponsive, buttons click but there is no discernable effect on the aircraft (I believe this is a 'WASM' crash?). I give up - I feel like I have been ripped off. Back to the PMDG 737-800 on MS2020 I think, at least it works.

If I'm understanding the issue, try clicking on the tab for the store and then the little person icon at the top RHS next to the shopping bag. Underneath the sign in form there is a link for registration.

Silly question - have you remembered to set your phyiscal throttle quadrant to idle? (can be overlooked if you landed with autothrottle engaged)
