Is this a known issue? This has been the case since a long time. It is only possible to interact with the cdu using a mouse when in VR and not with the vr controllers. When using VR controllers clicks aren't registered on the mcdu. The strange thing is that this works normally on the OIS. Can someone from ini builds please comment on this issue? It's been driving me mad since ages.

Yes I know that it works with the mouse, that is how I am using this since months. But I do wish it worked with VR controllers. Specially since the FBW A380 CDU seems to work perfectly with VR controllers - so it is not a sim limitation.

I think it is necessary to stress that CDU itself works, you just cannot interact with it using a VR controller. It doenst register any clicks. You can see the cursor move, but no clicks are registered unless using a mouse.

This issue very much still exists (last checked with 1.1.17 and SU4). The CDU cannot be interacted with using VR controllers while the OIS can. This issue has been around for a while. The A350 CDU is unusable in VR without using a mouse. The same issue also exists with the Airbus A400.

As the title suggests. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember. VR controller interaction works fine with the OIS but not with the MCDU (it doesnt register clicks) and you are forced to use the mouse. Can the team please have a look at this? The same issue exists on the A400 btw. The FBW A380 MCDU which is similar works without issues using a VR controller btw.

So its been a while, updates have arrived and sadly this issue still persists. Its still confusing as I am able to click everything in the OIS with my VR controllers (Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop) but the CDU is unclickable with VR controllers. Tried last today with 1.1.5

Glad to hear a fix is being worked on! Apologies for implying it was not tested in VR. I'm happy to be wrong. Hope a solution is found 🙂

I don't think this will get fixed. Pretty sure this plane was never tested in VR 🙂

Hello, as stated above, I am unable to click and use the CDU and other displays when in VR using the VR controllers (Quest 3). Everything works as expected on the OIS. The cursor moves around just fine, but does not register any clicks (sometimes when you spam click it will register one click - but thats a 1/10 chance). Strangely this behaviour is not exhibited in MSFS2020. But this exact behaviour is also seen in the A400 in MSFS2024. Is this a known issue and will be fixed at some point? At the moment you are forced to use the mouse to interact with the displays which breaks immersion :/ Sim - MSFS2024 (Tested on both release and beta versions) Aircraft - A350 latest version (.07 I think?) and also A400 Steps to reproduce - Just load into the plane in VR and try to set up a flight in the CDU using just VR controllers.
