Ini Manager not downloading airports!

Solved! I resetted my network settings, now everything works just fine! -
Hey! I just reinstalled Windows and my sim (MSFS). Installed everything just fine, but all my ini Builds Airports are not downloading. I deleted the ini manager app, and also the files in AppData. Started as admin, no VPN!
