[Purchases not showing in Inimanager]

Hi,

 

I received a response from support.   They asked to uninstall version 2.1.7 of the inibuilds download manager and sent a link for the previous version.

I installed this but still the same issue.   So I repeated the process but this time I deleted the folder left behind after the uninstall.  Reinstalled this older  version as advised 

https://cdn.inibuilds.com/website/manager/iniManager-2.1.6_Setup.exe   then the product was present.

 

The folders I had to manually remove were.  IniManager located in (AppData) and IniManager located in (App Data local)

I Purchased London Stanstead for MS Flight Sim this evening, shows in my account as order fulfilled but not showing as purchased in the inimanager    I have emailed support for help.
