Why would I do that? V11 was working perfectly. GXS doesn't work because it's tied to the OSD, but the OSD won't come on. The only thing that changed was updating to V12!! I got things working again after doing a uninstall and reinstalling again. Thanks

After updating to the latest build, when I load the plane it loads cold and dark with no options to turn on batteries, GPU or nothing. How do I get electrical power to the plane. The EFB is dark, and I press the power button, and it won't turn on. I see the 2 buttons that say "Ext Aval" but when I press nothing happens. Battery switches do nothing. What's going on here. Was the latest update tested before released? I've uninstalled- reinstalled, deleted wasm folder and I still get NO power!!!!!

After the last update FMC screens freezes when trying to import flight plan. Whatever you had working in 1.07 you need to go back to because everything worked as should. Relaoaded the plane twice to get the screens to stop freezing without success

All options in the assistance are off.

How do I get the GSX menu to appear in the tablet. Also, when I choose GSX from menu bar above, all I get is the spinning circle saying something about GSX is still loading.

Where do I turn off that option?

Why when I want to raise or lower the landing gear it won't operate. Does it raise or lower by itself? During TO as soon as I raise the nose, the gear comes up on it's own, and during landing, when I'm about 5 miles out, I try to lower the gear. But the gear handle pops back up to the up position. When I'm crossing the threshold, gear comes down automatically. Is this Normal?

How do I activate the speed pre set and set function on MCP?

I had the same problem today, during TO, I engage the AP right after I lift off and raise the gear, It climbs at 6000fpm. The speed slows to stall and my throttles is almost maxed out to avoid stalling. Don't seem like manage mode is working at all. I know this AC don't have VNAV, but how do I get it to follow a ftl plan, does the AP automatically fly the plan when engaged??

I'm having the same issue with KACK showing not installed in inimanager v2.4.3 but it's installed in both sims.

Where is the log files located?

I tried you debug build. Same thing is happening. When I try to update a scenery, I either get a time out error or it downloads about few hundred MB of data and then CTD. What's the point?I still can't download my A300, PC12 or cowin 222B.!!!!! Or any other airport I paid for.

I am having the same exact problem. You guys need to fix this issue. I paid you guys my money for aircraft and airports and can't download any of them. This been going on for weeks now and you refused to take a look at your piece of crap installer and fix it. I am so FU#$%# frustrated. You'll never get another penny of my money. And I hope that you choke on what you ripped me off for. Bill M

How do I apply for refund on airports and aircraft I can't download?

I cant update, download any of the airports I just purchased. It CTD every time I try to update my A300 or download airport. Can we get a fix here or another way to download and installed your products that I just paid for and can't use???? Bill M

Thank you for your reply back. I also noticed that some folks are able to pop out theit FMC. However when I select my FMC it do not pop out. How can I get my FMC to pop out by itself?

Where's the location of the FMS data ie SID/ STARS. How is this updated using Navigragh? Veery nice plane!!!!! Regards Bill M
