Tried it, still not working. Tried to do everything with antivirus turned off, still the same

Greetings I have been trying to login to the iniManager for multiple hours now, But it just keep saying that due to heavy server loads I cant login. "Please try again in a few minutes", but I have not been able to login at all since last night.
