  1. I have reached out to Direct Support. Another week has passed and no one cares. This is the worst 'support' I have ever experienced. I am switching to Contrail as my only shop. Thank you and please lock this thread. It is not needed any more.
  2. I have selected this form of support, as you advertise it to have 'Avg. Response Time: 12-24 Hours'. But it's been over 90 hours and there is no word of reply. Can I hear anything from the support team, please?
  3. Hello! I bought MXI Design Sabiha Gokcen for MSFS 2020 in your shop. After first installing it through iniManager, I had problems of seeing two differest LTFJ folders in my Community: 1. 'mxidesign-airport-ltfj-sabihagokcen' 2. 'mxidesign-ltfj-sabihagokcen' I sent an email to the developer (MXI), but he replied that one folder is for the MSFS 2020 version and the other for 2024. But I do not have MSFS 20204 at all. So, I decided to uninstall both, restart my PC, and try again. This time the iniManager has installed only one version, the proper one (I guess?), as only one folder was visible in my Community files. Unfortunately, after returning to iniManager, it shows LTFJ as NOT INSTALLED. But it is in the Community folder! My other 17 products are shown in iniManager as INSTALLED. So I tried reinstalling iniManager but it did not help. I even uninstalled it and completely removed all iniManager leftovers manually and downloaded the latest iniManager version (2.4.7.). I had to go through the whole setup process again. And the same situation again. No matter what I do, LFTJ shows as NOT INSTALLED, even though it is in my Community. Each attempt to reinstall it, shows it as INSTALLED, only until I restart iniManager. Can you please check your LTFJ installers, please? I would like to see my product in iniManager and be notified of updates. A configuration menu (e.g. for the advertised LITE version option) would also be nice. Thank you in advance, Rafal
  4. Thanks in advance. I'm sure it is possible, as all other planes I tried (default and add-on) do not have the problem.
  5. There is a bug in the Neov2 when it comes to changing radio frequencies. I don't know about other hardware radio panels, but my Logitech/Saitek radio panel (the most popular radio panel on the sim market) has now problems with decimals. No matter if I turn the knob clockwise or anticlockwise, the value will always decrease and never increase. I have checked with a few other planes and there is no problem with them.
  6. Hi! Today I was happy to see the iniBuilds promotion price at 9.99 GBP. I thought it's a great price and decided to buy it. But after adding it into the basket, I saw the promotion price being 14.99 instead of 9.99. How can I use the 9.99 promo price?
  7. Not any more. It has finally stopped updating itself. Thanks!
  8. I checked again. Everything was fine. But when I restarted iniManager a moment ago, it began reinstalling EGLL on its own. I let the Manager do it. After it ended, I selected my prefered options and then... it started updating again. For me it's a neverending cycle at this moment.
  9. Hello! Simply out of impatience, I happened to buy Drzewiecki Design's EPWR at simMarket, as initially it was not available in your shop. But looks like now it is. As I love everything iniBuilds, I would love to trasfer EPWR to your shop, like I did with EPKK, but it is not available in your drop-down list of airports. Is there a way to solve it? Thank you very much in advance. Have a peaceful evening, Rafal

  11. How can static aircraft in DD EPGD be deactivated via iniManager? Trying to select any option leads to warning of uninstalling the scenery. All the best, Rafal
  12. That is the hintest hint ever! ❤️ iniBuilds Frankfurt, that would be a game changer. For now though, I am looking forward to this awesome JFK. I haven't been there in reality for almost 30 years, so I will happily fly there again in MSFS.
