Support has been helping me with this issue for these last couple of days. Try to deactivate whatever antivirus/VPN Software you have installed. If that doesn't work, try to connect to a different country using a VPN software (The latter worked for me).

When I try to install a livery for the A310, it says "File not found" so I'm guessing it has something to do with how the manager sees my packages path. Right now it is something like this: F:\MSFS\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Premium Deluxe\HLM_Packages\Community\ Sorry for any inconvenience, and to say that I'm truly enjoying this aircraft. Thank your Devs for your work.
