I completely agree, I have the same or quite similar problems... mainly the plane freezes when pressing some buttons on the central pedestal, specifically I think it is the VIDEO button and the funniest thing is that while in cruise with the screens frozen, apparently it is flying the route but no... it is flying in circles. On a plane with so much money this is unacceptable!
