Hello IniTeam, I filled the order transfer form on April 6th for my KLAX bought on Simmarket and had received a confirmation of the transfer request received but no further decision about it ever since. This has now come to my attention after wanting to purchase KLAX V2 from the Ini Store, where the promo code would not work. I have checked all spam folder, promotions etc. but no sign of any decision email. I would appreciate if anyone could help me get this solved! Thank you in advance,
