iniManager not downloading products "NEW or UPDATE"

No Iam not running any VPN. is there anyway that I can download the product without using iniManager. I haven't been able to use none of my recent purchased products -
the same issue here for me

I have been trying to update old product and download new products, but nothing is downloading. i kept iniManager running the whole night it stayed as I first started it.
