I am having some issues with flaring and rudder controll on the ground, I have also added some stuff I don't like about the aircraft and would like to see changed,
keep in mind this is me going crazy, and some stuff on this list might be aircraft/operator specific, I am sure future versions are gonna be much better as it can only get better after release!
3D Modeling Issues:
- Engine master should have a guard
- Rudder is clipping into fuselage
- Would be nice to see a key in the key hole this should be very easy to do
- Flight control stick's look too small and is incorrectly modelled and have missing labels
- Tie downs are looking weird because they are not tied to anything on the ground or on the aircraft
- Nose wheel 3d modell look wonky there is nothing connecting the wheel/wheel fairing to the strut
- Circuit breakers are missing an edge on the top, this makes them look weird
Systems/Flightmodel Issues:
- ECU TEST has a clickspot and is animated but does nothing
- Electric Master Start should be jumping back to on when releasing
- Emergency horizon guard does not make a sound and clickspot is wonky again it seems like this witch does nothing
- Would be nice to see at least a basic implementation of ELT and pitot heat
- Naming is weird aircraft root folder says its a da40 so does it in xplane would like too see this changed to da40ng(Could cause confusion if I owned a da40)
Texture rant:
- Textures are mediocre at best, all the rivets etc are there but I feel like its too clean though I know its usually a pretty clean aircraft
- Missing labels in cockpit more specifically on the left side by the canopy
Sounds rant:
- Some of the sounds sound off especially the Lights switches sound like there is a third detend of some kind, same for the fuel switch
What I actually need help with:
- Rudder has too much authority on takeoff especially during low speed
- Aircraft does not want to flare resulting in hard landings
- Rudder is too sensitive when landing making sure I am in a ditch everytime after landing
