  1. Yes, I discovered that much but is direct entry into the flight plan not supported? If not, is it planned to be added later? Or was it not supported by the IRL FMS?

    Btw, just a note, on the XP version after creating several PBD waypoints when going to the REF>Next>Defined Waypoints list it corrupts and shuts down all the FMS and Nav displays. Fortunately on FMS2 this works fine.

    Also, in the XP version the format 4300.0S/14100.0E results in a format error when trying to create a custom waypoint. I think there is one extra box after the dot for the LONG component. The same entry works in MSFS and there is one less box there.

  2. Sorry to bother you during the holidays but I have the same issue. Haven't flown the A310 in a few months but everything worked fine the last time. Now, I have MSFS installed on my desktop and laptop and on both installations the A310 doesn't power up any more. Trying to set panel state via the EFB does nothing. With batteries on, instruments don't turn on. Is it some conflict with the latest update? I have nothing in the community folder.

  3. OK, testing it now. It seems to input the go-around procedure which can be followed but how do I program a route back from there to the airport? Example LSGG ILS22 landing and go-around terminates at SPR vor and "end of flightplan" after that. Of course I can use heading but I'd like to input LSGG ILS22 procedure again and let NAV take me there. Is it possible? The modern Airbus does this all automatically. You can do as many GA as you want one after another. Nice. 🙂

  4. I'm looking for information on how to properly conduct a go-around both under FMS/AP guidance or when landing manually. In particular procedures if any on setting up the FCU and FMC. What happens to the flight plan, is there or supposed to be there any guidance in the FMC? What to do after a go-around and how to program next lending attempt into the FMC? Flight modes setup or switch, etc. I haven't seen anything about this in the tutorials and as luck would have it I had to deal with this last night... Luckily ATC vectoring helped with most of it and was able to establish on the ILS again. Many thanks for tips and info in particular regarding FMS behavior and programming.
