Hi, unfortunately I'm experiencing an issue where the jetways to not connect to the aircraft properly. They do move, in that the rotating "head" rotates and the flexible shroud moves too, but the jetways do not translate pretty much at all and "connect" to the air, with a gap of several meters to the aircraft door. The Sim, The aircraft (A350, Fenix A320 are up to date. GSX is as well, the GSX profile is installed. Support is much appreciated. Kind regards

I'm not seeing the pretty pictures posted in the promotion. This is Taxi C facing West near C7 intersection. Extensive blurries everywhere and they do not diminish were it due to low bandwidth.

Just wanted to make sure we don't have to mess with it or do we need to disable it?

Hi. I bought inibuilds KLAX for msfs2020 through simmarket at the time, and now that I want to purchase the Enhanced version via the website, I enter the code "KLAX-UG" and it cannot process it. I understand that it was paid on a different platform, but I feel that I am entitled to the upgrade discount considering I purchased the 2020 for the full price. You can see in the attached that it is in my library in SimMarket. Thanks, Luke
