A310 msfs I can't start engines

hello, sorry for my english.

During several days I have tried start engines in A310 but it is impossible. I have followed many tutos and diferents checks list. N2 rise only a few and inmediatily drop again. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! If you have any kind of controller plugged into your PC, please try unplugging them and trying again. It is possible that there is a conflicting keybind.
