Hello, this post refers to both the recently released LAX as well as Victorville. The purchase goes through, I am able to download and then get a small red error message that gives an error message something like mkdir. My profile will show both of these "Not Installed" Any assistance would be welcome

Hi Ellis, any errors involving mkdir are likely to be permissions related. Please try running the iniManager as admin before attempting to install through the iniManager. If your issue still persists, please open a ticket with out direct support
