As the title states, when I use gsx stairs it’s causes the a380 to jump up and down and causing a tail strike. I’ve tried jet ways but when I select board it still connects stairs to the rear ( yes before you ask I have disabled rear stairs on gsx). I’m really annoyed with this because I’ve spent a lot of money on an aircraft I’ve not been able to use since release!! Please for god sake sort it out!

Are you able to attach a short video of this behaviour? I have not seen any of reports of this.

Can you also verify the aircraft and GSX are both up-to-date?

Do you have the official GSX profile downloaded and installed?
