Hi,

somehow I pressed Clear Login in the EFB for the A300-600. I get "Unknown UserID" when I try to import a flightplan from Simbrief. What can I do to connect reliably to Simbrief and Navigraph charts, where I do have an account.

Hi,

You should be able to insert your simbried ID into the tablet or the FMC.

Hi Kyle,

sorry, I did not realize that I entered my Simbrief Username rather than the PilotID. Now importing the flightplan did work.
