Yesterday at 07:52 AM1 day Hi,I’d like to report an issue where all automatic radio altimeter callouts, including RETARD, are silent. It occurs in both v1.2.7 and v1.2.8.EnvironmentAircraft: iniBuilds A350-900, V1.2.8 (also reproduced on V1.2.7), installed via iniManagerVariant: -900 only. I have not tested the -1000.Sim: MSFS 2024 SU7.1 / 1.9.21.0Livery: Japan AirlinesAirports where it occurs: RJTT, RJGG, LIRF, EDDFThird-party A350 mods: none installedIssueWhen I start the flight on the runway with engines already running and do touch-and-go training at the same airport, none of the automatic radio altimeter callouts are played during the approach. This affects every callout: 2500, 2000, 1000, 500, 400, 300, HUNDRED ABOVE, 200, 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, RETARD, 10 and 5.Works correctlyWhen I start from the gate in Cold & Dark and fly normally, the callouts work as expected.Steps to reproduceStart the flight on the runway with engines running).Do not make any FMS input or FUEL & LOAD operation before takeoff.Take off, fly the pattern and approach for a touch-and-go.Observe that no radio altimeter callouts are played on approach.Troubleshooting doneReproduced on both v1.2.7 and v1.2.8.Reproduced after restarting the sim.Reproduced with all utility/tool add-ons like SayIntentions.AI, TouchdownFX, Universal Announcer disabled.Reproduced at four different airports (RJTT, RJGG, LIRF, EDDF), so it does not seem airport-specific.Cold & Dark start from the gate: no issue.Thank you for looking into this!

I am unable to test this myself, as I am out of the office this week. I will forward this to the team for further review.Appreciate your patience! Yesterday at 06:45 PM1 day I can confirm. In general though, the aircraft ranges from "strange" to "unflyably broken" when starting from something else than cold & dark. Spawning in the air is just chaos, as anyone who has tried it will attest to. This is a sim-wide thing though, I'm pretty sure. Doing the landing challenges always felt silly when all the different aircraft basically have to boot up when you spawn.

Nonetheless, I will have the team take a look. In the meantime, I would suggest loading in cold and dark, then using the panel states in the EFB to set the aircraft to your desired liking. Thanks!
