A380 Hoppie CPDLC Help Needed

On XBOX Series X, i can’t get the D-ATIS updates working via Hoppie on the A380 for some reason. It works on the A350 just fine, and I tried both my Hoppie Callsign as well as the log-on code, but neither worked on the A380. On the A350, my Hoppie Callsign is what works, yet on the A380, I’m all out of answers.

Any sort of help would be very appreciated, thanks!
