Hi,

I bought both the A380 and Tristar and opted to do the product transfer to inibuilds this was about 2 months ago.

I filled out all the relevent information required and showed proof of purchase from the msfs 2024 marketplace as required.

Unfortunately since then I have heard or recieved no information on the transfer.

Any ideas what might be happening

The A380 is not eligible for transfer yet, but the Tristar is. Could you verify you've checked your spam folder for an email?

I've checked my spam etc but there is nothing there.

As I did both at the same time and both receipts show in the same picture you required could that be the cause?
