Unable to load into sim at OMDB after latest 2024 Marketplace update

Got an update notification in my MSFS 2024 Marketplace Library. Updated. Now I can't start a flight from OMDB at all. It just sits there and never loads. Tried uninstalling and just streaming it as well. Still nothing. Other airports work fine.

Tried loading in at OMSJ. That did not work. Perhaps because it is in viewing distance from OMDB. Then I loaded in at OMRK and that worked. Flew to OMDB and saw this. This is streamed.
