Simple as that.......I am unable to reinstall Inimanager after update, Inbuilds has been notified but they have done nothing t help. aNY SUGGESTIONS?

As we speak all my Inibuilds products (A380, A350. A220 etc)are useless............nothing works! Why am I having this problem? Please explain.
