No Inibuilds sceneries work with GSX passengers

Featured Replies

So, I'm really hoping other people have this problem too. I've been looking on the forums and trying to figure out this issue but nothing has been working.

Basically every time I try to load passengers with GSX at every inibuilds scenery I have (KORD, EGLL, KJFK) the passengers just don't appear. I've been troubleshooting this and nothing seems to work. GSX does doesn't recognize the jetway that is right next to my aircraft. I've teleported to the gate via GSX, added the rear stairs and the rear stairs just don't spawn. GSX always says that there aren't any jetways, therefore passengers will not be visible. This happens very specifically with the ini A380, A350, and A340.

Because this is such a big issue for me, I will not be buying any more inibuilds sceneries until this gets fixed, and that's a bummer because inibuilds are my favorite developers.

PLEASE INIBUILDS RESPOND TO THIS AND TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT

Hi,

All three of the airports you mentioned above are using our multi-jetway system, which you can install from the iniManager.

Although this will not resolve the issue of seeing your passengers, we are in talks with the GSX team for better implementation.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hi! How do those of us who have bought the sceneries via the marketplace get this tool?

Are you on PC or console?

Thanks!

PC! I looked in the utilities section of the manager (the natural place for it, I would say) and couldn't see it

If you click on the store page for any of the sceneries you mentioned, you should see an option to install the Multi-Jetway Tool. You only need to install it once.

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

The iniManager store page? Unless I'm blind there's no such option.

From reading your guides, I know there is once you've purchased it, but I am asking since I own my scenery via the MS Marketplace.

Ah, my apologies!

Your best bet would be to request a transfer for one of the sceneries. This should give you access to download the Multi-Jetway Tool. I'll also ask the team if there is a better solution.

Thanks!

I prefer handling addons via the MSFS marketplace instead of using N different download managers in order to get updates etc.

I bought the A350 and VHHH through the MSFS marketplace, and I am now seemingly unable to use the jetways at all (they move neither via GSX or via the OIS menu) at most/all of the appropriate gates. I have to say I find it baffling that you break jetways for customers like that and make the tool exclusive to the people who bought via the iniManager. You already have a Utilities category in the manager, just put it there?

We're aware there's an issue with marketplace purchases and our multi-jetway tool. We are actively working with Microsoft to get this tool available to our marketplace customers.

Thank you again for your patience!
