I'm having an issue with A330 in MSFS24. The issue is that the FMGS will randomly not recognize VOR/ILS/ADF frequencies and the F-PLN page will not allow using airways.

More specifically, I can input the navaid frequency, and it will be displayed in FMGS, but the navaid will not be available on PFD/ND. The frequency will be displayed as in FMGS, but no needles will show for VOD/ADF, and no diamonds will display for ILS, the plane will also not navigate using those aids, in appropriate mode.

When it comes to airways, the FMGS will not react in any way when inputting them from scratchpad. Won't call the Waypoint/Airway mismatch, as it does with incorrect data.

I'm not sure when this happens, it occurs randomly, most often after landing, when I want to make a turnaround, without restarting the simulation/sim, but also occurs less often after loading in. The issue occurs for the exact same navaids. I've been flying in and out of RKSI a lot lately, and on occassion, it will not recognize ILS frequencies for those 4 runways there. Though I'd say that "on occassion" means a third of the time.

I'm not using any custom scenery in this part of the world at all. I have some custom liveries for the plane, but I'm not sure how it could affect the navigation system.

This is very frustrating, because it can appear after several hours flight, and I only then learn that I won't have ILS to guide me down. Or after the first leg I learn that I don't have navaids for the next. If I can suggest something, I'd like a way to reset the FMGS, like you can reset the nav source in the actual plane. Completely powering down the plane doesn't seem to reset the system or solve the issue. I imagine that find a random issue like that cannot be easy, but having a way for the plane to start over would be an acceptable workaround for me at least, since it works most of the time.
