Company Flightplan request keeps loading

Featured Replies

I tried to request the flightplan, the button grays out and after 20 sec nothing happens. the weird thing is in the EFB the simbrief import seems to work, when i plan a flight in the EFB flight planner the CPNY F-PLN does work, just not when i want to import a flight from simbrief.

I tried
- reinstalling the a350
- Clearing WASM folder
- restarting sim
- reconnecting 3rd party connections
- Airaic cycle update

unfortunatly nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having issues importing your flight plan.

From what I've seen, this is usually caused by the SIM navdata and your SimBrief navdata being out of sync.

Could you please confirm the aircraft, simulator, and SimBrief AIRAC cycle you're using all match?

Thanks!

Hi, all off the Navdata is synced to Airac cycle 2608, thats the a350, msfs2024 and simbrief

As one last troubleshooting step, could you try resetting your navigraph credentials within the EFB?

Thanks!

So I have an update for this topic, today I decided to fly the Fenix a320 and i now have the same issue, Simbrief in the EFB and ATSU system work. but when i try to import the flight plan it does not work, i now have a feeling that there is a system both aircraft use that is broken, does anyone have some ideas?

Hi,

I’m wondering if there may be something in your Community folder causing the issue.

If you’re willing to troubleshoot this with me, please try the following:

  • Make sure the simulator is completely closed.

  • Rename your current Community folder to community1. You will not lose any of your add-ons. Once we’re finished (if not fixed), you can simply delete the newly created Community folder and remove the 1 from the end of your old folder’s name.

  • Launch the simulator. This should create a new Community folder.

  • Once you reach the simulator’s home screen, close the simulator.

  • Place your A350 inside the newly created Community folder.

  • Update the AIRAC accordingly. It should automatically detect your new Community folder.

Let me know if this helps resolve the issue!

Thanks!
