Company Flightplan request keeps loading

Featured Replies

I tried to request the flightplan, the button grays out and after 20 sec nothing happens. the weird thing is in the EFB the simbrief import seems to work, when i plan a flight in the EFB flight planner the CPNY F-PLN does work, just not when i want to import a flight from simbrief.

I tried
- reinstalling the a350
- Clearing WASM folder
- restarting sim
- reconnecting 3rd party connections
- Airaic cycle update

unfortunatly nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having issues importing your flight plan.

From what I've seen, this is usually caused by the SIM navdata and your SimBrief navdata being out of sync.

Could you please confirm the aircraft, simulator, and SimBrief AIRAC cycle you're using all match?

Thanks!
