A350-900 - I have a very high-end system, and I almost never see a WASM crash. In the last week, while on an around-the-world tour, I experienced at least 6 different WASM crashes with this product. That is absolutely unacceptable. It is to the point now where the plane is not flyable. Basically, you have a product that is broken. What is going on here??

I'm sorry to hear your experience as of late with the A350 has been less than ideal.

If you're willing, could you clear your WASM folder? That should help resolve the more frequent crashes.

Thanks. I cleared the WASM folder last night per the advice of AI. I'm now in the midst of a 6-hour cross-Atlantic flight; so far, OK. This is the issue: with this plane, you often have time committed to long flights, and when a WASM crash happens deep into a flight, it is very upsetting and shouldn't happen. Anyway - let's see if it performs now. Is this something I need to do now as part of periodic maintenance to prevent future crashes?
