Installed the new EGKK scenery and the multi jetway does not work, either using the EFB or GSX.

Any ideas please?

The jetway does not move at all.

I had it working after a EGKK uninstall/reinstall along with the multi jetway tool, then a PC restart. I tested it with the synaptic A220 but only at the heavy 558 gate !

With the A350-900, as GSX was in remote control, I got only one jetway spawned at 558 gate... Did not have the time to try again !

So any tips from Ini to get it working each time would be great !

Please make sure that after updating the scenery, you also reinstall the GSX profile through the iniManager.

and its the only gate where the jetway dosnet work

Hi,

To attach multiple jetways, you’ll need to use the iniBuilds Multi-Jetway Tool, which is located on the default tablet. You can access the tablet by pressing TAB on your keyboard.

Using the tool should prompt multiple jetways to attach to the aircraft.

I just tested this again on my side, and everything is working as intended.

Is this working as intended then, gsx sends a bus and no jetwys detected, at least with one jetway, pax boarded through the jetway, I've even re-installed everything ie gsx and EGLL, plus you never know if the ini jetway will freeze sim

I'm getting the same error of "rotation invalid" with ini A350 at Terminal 2 of EGLL, I tried multiple gates. I reinstalled GSX profile, have both A350 and EGLL up to date, or so ini manager says. I wasted half an hour and it pretty much ruined my flight as I will now not have time to complete it today. A pity we can't use the default system when this doesn't work.

OH, I managed to get it to work on some other randomly chosen gate (235 I think). But 242, 243, 244 was a no-go.

Hi,

I've just tested all of the gates you mentioned on my end, and everything is working as intended.

Can you confirm that you have the default handcrafted EGLL disabled in your Content Manager?
