A320neo V3 – A major paid upgrade could be a great opportunity

Featured Replies

Hi iniBuilds team,

I wanted to share an idea regarding the A320neo.

I know you are working on many different aircraft, but I think there is a real opportunity to make the A320neo a much more advanced product instead of creating another Airbus from scratch.

A lot of simmers, including myself, really enjoy flying the A320 and would be willing to pay for a major paid upgrade if the changes were substantial enough.

For example:

  • A completely redesigned and modern EFB

  • A significant cockpit visual overhaul

  • Better modelling of small cockpit details

  • Deeper system simulation

  • Improved engine simulation

  • Better sounds and animations

  • More detailed flight and ground operations

  • Continued updates after release

I’m not talking about a few small fixes. I mean a serious A320neo V3, keeping the existing aircraft as a base but improving it substantially.

I think this could also give iniBuilds a strong position against the Fenix A320. The Fenix focuses on the A320ceo, while you already have the A320neo. A deeply simulated and heavily upgraded A320neo could be a very compelling alternative.

Personally, I would have no problem paying for such an upgrade if it genuinely represented a major improvement.

I know this is only one customer’s opinion, but I wanted to share the idea because I really like the A320 and would much rather see a major evolution of it than simply move on to another aircraft.

Thanks for reading!
