My RNAV approach does not work

Hi, When i use İnibuilds A320 neo and load RNAV approach on MCDU, click APPR on time, it engages ILS, FMA shows GS and LOC blue and CAT 3 single, and also in RAD NAV page, the aircraft loads an random Ils freq every time and it wont let me clear it, it says either "Format Error" or "Not Allowed"
