Ground marshaller (available in default a320 fs 2020, but not in inibuilds a320neo)

Good day

First of all i want to thank you for the great experience that is the a320neo v2? I really enjoy flying it and already spent lots of hours trying out different flights.
However, i can not seem to find out on how to get a ground marshaller guiding me in upon taxiing to the destination gate.
This is strange, because when i do the exact same steps with the standard a320 that comes with fs2020 he always shows up guiding me at the gate.

Some specifications:

I don't use any other 3d parties addons (like GSX)
airport used (with both planes): EBBR
I always use default in game ATC, also to request "taxi to gates" after landing
I tried to set the destination gate trough the fs2020 planning window, with or without.....still marshaller doesn't show up.

Now when i do the exact same with the default, no problem, marshall appears.

Is there some script or config file that can be adjusted to have this also working when using the inibuilds a320 v2?
I will be happy to hear from you. Any tips are welcome (though i already tried a lot of them probably)
