How to find a downloaded and installed addon on my PC?

I installed KFLL airport on my PC and as I changed MSFS 2024 community folder from drive C:\ to drive D:\ and I believe it was not installed in the right folder because it doesn't show up. Can someone give me an idea on how I can find it on my PC? Thanks.

Thank you everyone. I just exit the game and opened it again and everything looks great.
