IAS Hold Unreliable in certain instances

I've noticed selecting IAS hold (pitch) at 250 knots during a climb out with climb EPR doesn't perform well. Maybe this is a quirk of the real aicraft but the speed goes to as high as 320 knots without any increase in climb rate.

Just wanted to let you know.
