Lose Nose Wheel Steering after applying Brakes

If I start to taxi without touching the brakes, the nose wheel steering works perfectly, but if I apply braking I lose it, and it will not return. This is repeatable it happens every time I apply any braking during Taxi. From external view the nose wheel moves, but doesn't have any directional control. I would love to fly this plane, but I can't get to the runway without steering.
