Most probably I am doing something wrong, but I cannot find the solution.

When I start MSFS2024 I receive the message, that there are downloaded files which are ready to be installed (Download done, check your library). Going to the library, MSFS 2024 (PC, Steam) wants me to update the inibuild A350, it says the update is downloaded and ready to install. For sure I have updated the version already in the iniManager. When I click on "Install", the usual sound can be heard - but nothing happens and it doesen't get installed.

Can anyone maybe help?

If you have the a350 loaded for free flight MSFS will download but never install.  Pick another plane like the 172 and load it in Free Flight then the a 350 should install without issue.  Blue skies,
