Bought in November and Still Waiting to Fly - Xbox Series X

So back in November I purchased this and all the liveries for around $120 CAD on the marketplace for Xbox. I've yet to even do one flight on this aircraft due to being unable to download the terrain data. With every new update since November I've probably spent an hour each time trying to get this to work. I've consulted every AI that I could and read the forums to find a solution. Yes the engines are off. Yes I waited for the green "terrain downloaded" and it shows up each time I do it. I've waited 20 minutes after getting the download successful notification. I've even went as far as not running the apu because that might be an "engine". I tried everything. Streaming it, downloading it, erasing the cache, even erasing my profile and factory resetting the Xbox.  Tried it on the beta, and not on the beta. Clicked end flight and went way way back to the main menu and loaded at the same airport, different airports, only half back to the main screen, "restart flight" even though you specifically say not to do that, I've tried everything. Don't know what more I can do.

Yesterday I got another update for the aircraft from Marketplace. Downloaded it and not a darn thing has changed. I've been really patient up to this point by not even coming to the forums.

So when are you guys going to fix this? I get the assumption that there's no work being done on this issue despite it being rather critical as its been 5 months since I purchased it and I still have the same problem.

BTW why does the rudder move left and right at light speed on the ground? I can presume this probably happens in the air too. This does not occur in your A340.

Sorry if I sound a bit like a jerk, I just feel ripped at this point.

I’m not aware terrain was ever advertised as a functional feature - it certainly hasn’t worked and doesn’t work on Xbox. That said, I really enjoy the A350 and don’t see the terrain feature as a significant impediment. Had a great flight today from Manchester UK to JFK, all without problem.
