PHNL ILS 4R ISSUE

When flying into Inibuild's PHNL i have no signal from the ILS 4R localizer/GP. I have tried both autoloading the approach and manually loading the approach freq's and nada. Ironically enough all the other ILS localizers work at PHNL for me it is just ILS 4R, and specifically in the PMDG 77W. 

Any insight or help is appreciated! I have tried to reinstall, etc. Thanks in advance! :)
