Landing gear malfunction right after gsx pushback

hey inibuilds team,

this is my first time using a330 after my gsx pro purchase . im on latest version of gsx and i right after pushback i get landing gear malfunction and tire malfunction in msfs . 

i disabled crash effects as discussed for a350 in other forum although i dont have rn . but still it didnt work for a330 . any help would be appreciated .
