Kratuu Posted January 13 Posted January 13 In the a320neo (ms2024) on importing a flight from Simbrief I find several of the waypoints have zeroed co-ordinates (see pic). This sends me to the north pole, adding 1000s of miles to my flight making the route imposible. I tried loading the same flightplan in the FBW a320 and in the stock Tbm930 and the waypoints were fine. I do have a Navigraph subscription, so I tried opening the Navigraph hub and updating the navigation data but that made no difference. Anyone know why it's not working in the Inibuilds aircraft, and how I can fix it?
Hi58 Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Inibuilds does not own rights to the A320neov2 so they can’t do anything about it
Kratuu Posted January 14 Author Posted January 14 But it shows up in the marketplace as an Inibuilds aircraft. So is the situation that they developed it initially then sold it to Microsoft/Asobo who are now the developers?

Ownership notwithstanding, this is likely a nav database issue. Did you replace the base data with NG via their hub? Can you share the routing so we can take a look and see if there is a formatting issue causing the 320 to parse it incorrectly?
WilliamsWelsh Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Hey — I’ve seen this issue crop up for a few other pilots and it usually comes down to how the flight plan is being imported, not just the nav data itself. What’s happening is that some waypoints end up with zero coordinates in the MCDU, which sends the aircraft off course — and this doesn’t happen when you load the same SimBrief plan in other aircraft like FBW or the TBM. One thing that’s helped others is bypassing the MSFS built‑in EFB and importing the flight plan directly using the Inibuilds EFB inside the cockpit. When you create the flight in SimBrief and send it through the in‑sim EFB first, sometimes the formatting or intermediate export can corrupt waypoint data. Importing straight via the Inibuilds tool seems to preserve the coordinates correctly. It can also be related to database mismatches, so double‑checking that your AIRAC/nav data versions match between SimBrief, Navigraph, and the sim is worth doing even though updates alone didn’t fix it in your case. But trying the direct import method first usually gives the best results. Hope that helps!
