Maxou_EW Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Hello, I am on Xbox Series X and despite the latest updates to the iniBuilds A350, I am still experiencing several major sound issues: No flap sounds at all, neither in the cockpit nor in the passenger cabin, both on the ground and in flight, even though all sound settings are set to maximum. No engine sound during taxi thrust and takeoff, again in both the cockpit and the cabin. I can sometimes hear the ground rolling noise, but only if both Ground Surface Volume and Low Frequency Gain are set to maximum. Under normal behavior, only Ground Surface Volume should be required. Cabin announcements: they were already barely audible in previous versions, but since version 1.2.0, they are either completely inaudible or so quiet that they cannot be used. These issues persist despite: aircraft updates, correct audio settings, simulator and console restarts. Are there other Xbox Series X users experiencing the same problems? And is the iniBuilds team aware of these issues and currently working on an Xbox-specific audio fix? Thank you.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago No sound issues on my Xbox x. Perhaps screenshot your EFB settings.
Maxou_EW Posted 20 hours ago Author Posted 20 hours ago I'll send a screenshot tonight, but all volumes are at maximum.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Also check for noise cancellation if using headphones. 1
Maxou_EW Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago I'm using JBL headphones and the sound on the Xbox and in the game is turned up all the way. I don't know if that's what you're talking about.
MITCH1988 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Check to make sure your noise cancelling option in sim or aircraft is turned off. Some 3rd party aircraft have click points or options for noise cancelling. PMDG for example if you click the headset thats just behind the seat to the left, it will dapen the noise. When it comes to the cabin announcements, make your on your radio panel that you have PA on and turned up. That has to be on to hear the cabin announcements.
