When downloading new airac, it gets stuck

Hello All,

Currently dealing with an issue where I cant update new airac data from navigraph for the A350. Im on Xbox, is anyone else dealing with this?

Yeh I have the same but if you sign out of navigraph and then log back into it, it will have the latest AIRAC.

Resetting credentials doesn’t work. While it looks like it is downloading it doesn’t download the full file available.

For me after resetting it, it shows the correct up to date AIRAC cycle so I didn’t then need to press update after resetting. But yes pressing install again appears to download the file but stops short and stays like that.
