Clements Posted Saturday at 09:24 PM Posted Saturday at 09:24 PM I was on a flight today from LFPG to CYVR. I was about 7 hours into the flight when I noticed my aircraft was veering off course on auto-pilot...it was not following the route. When I tried to manually select a heading, the button animated but the system did not respond (the aircraft stayed in managed mode). I tried to disconnect the autopilot. Same thing. I tried with the autopilot disconnect on my throttle. Same thing. Interesting, my POV hat allowed me to change my view, but nothing happened when I interacted with the buttons, controls, etc. Have others experienced this problem? Is there a solution? Is there some way to troubleshoot this? I hate to invest in a long haul flight only to have to abort because the plane won't respond.
Peter Posted yesterday at 02:54 AM Posted yesterday at 02:54 AM welcome to the WASM crash club. ALL of that own this plane are in the club.... Nothing at the moment can be down other than restart from a saved situation.. Cheers!
InigoRV Posted yesterday at 08:05 AM Posted yesterday at 08:05 AM Hello. Many of us are suffering the same problem. I have just completed a flight of 7:30 after updating to the Su4 beta. It's only one flight, but this was the third attempt.
Ron311280 Posted yesterday at 04:51 PM Posted yesterday at 04:51 PM Same here today. This happens again and again and again. It's almost impossible to end a flight. It happens completely randomly. No other aircraft, such as the Fenix, Headwind 330, or the A320 Neo/A380 (fly-by-wire), have such problems, and they are significantly cheaper or even free!
Alextepl30 Posted yesterday at 06:16 PM Posted yesterday at 06:16 PM I have the same problem today rout RJAA-PHNL. I'm stopping flying this plane and switching to the PMDG. I've never had any problems with it, everything's great.
Alextepl30 Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM The developers are silent on the reports, that's all.
