Landing gear won't retract on both A340/350

This has happened for me twice now and the weird thing is that it's happening on the A340 as well. No fault indications, no active failures, nothing. The landing gear simply won't retract.

why is it happening at the first place? is it a bug?

Happened to me after last update, and fresh deinstall/reinstall solved it. Did same for latest update, and this bug is back. What gives?
