Scenery not loading (XP 12)

Just purchased the, "KCRW" airport by, Xometry. From the Inibuilds store, and installed using the "inimanager". I checked my custom scenery folder and it is indeed there. I loaded into XP, closed it, opened .ini file, made sure to put new airport in correct order, relaunched XP12, loaded my aircraft into KCRW and had nothing but grass and a few random planes. Had the, couldn't load custom scenery KCRW because missing required libraries, error. Checked log file and scenery requirements and neither tells me which libraries I need. Can add the log file when I get back to my PC. 

Anyone have an idea of what could be wrong?
