WASM Crash UUEE-WADD Flight

Hello! I had WASM crash when flying from UUEE to WADD. The crash exactly happened when overflying IBUDA waypoint (by the way, it was 2-3 nm near the ETP). The same thing happened when flying the same route, but some time ago (12 hours ago). Nothing was touched.

Aircraft: A350-900

Simulator: FS24

One more WASM crash on the same route. For some reason aircraft draws the flight path wrongly. When it happens, I don't do anything in the cockpit. According to my data, the problem is in waypoints of Uzbekistan and India

Can it be caused by Uzbekistan airports ICAO code changes? From UT to UZ?
