A340 Fix Info Missing

Since update 1.03 the fix info is missing from flight plan page.

FIX INFO is actually still present, but as per the real MCDUs, it can only be accessed by either pressing LSK1 or LSK2 (previous and current waypoint, respectively) in F-PLN.
