CJ3+ Issues

Issue #1:

I dont know if I'm just not getting this but I do not see my co-pilot or passengers when im flying even when seating is maxed in EFB under Mass and Balance. When i load other planes, such as the CJ4 they all show up as expected.  What am i missing?

Issue #2:

Again same issue, when im in the CJ3+, the VR Focus doesnt work, but works fine in other plances such as the CJ4 and other planes.  Again...what am i missing here???? I love this plane, but its hard to see the displays without being able to zoom in. 

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its a Cessna Business Jet, part of their CJ line of corporate jets.
