I am using the the A340 version 1.0.1 on Sim Update 3, selecting FX Performance mode to "On" in the EFB does not appear to actually remove the atmospheric effects on the aircraft as it should described in the "Help - FX Performance Mode - Disable Atmospheric Effects" FAQ post.

Also checked this on a fresh SU4 beta install and the same behaviour occurs.
