Purchased KIND Not Showing in Sim

Hi All - Just purchased the KIND airport scenery for MSFS2024. It was installed and downloaded but it is not showing up in the sim. I confirmed it is in my community folder, but it is not listed in my community folder in the sim/marketplace. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and wondering if this is due to some permissions on the folder itself. Any help appreciated here.
